A language program offering over 100 languages for people who wish to learn another language. This program also has ESL programs for speakers of many other languages. The program teaches patrons to speak, hear and write almost any language using flashcards to teach words and phrases. In order to use Transparent Language Online, set up a username and password to track progress.

Provides high interest relevant non-fiction newspaper and magazine articles as well as graphs, tables and political cartoons that are easily accessible through both search and browse functions. Includes access to Compton's by Britannica Encyclopedia, a dictionary, and thesaurus.
